Terms & Conditions

General Disclamer

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all travel services, bookings, and itineraries arranged through Kataria Holidays Private Limited. By confirming a booking, the traveler agrees to comply with the terms stated below.

General Guidelines

  • Travelers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID and relevant travel documents at all times during the journey.

  • Clients are requested to follow local rules, safety guidelines, and travel advisories throughout the trip.

  • For personal safety, travelers are advised to avoid late-night walks or unsafe areas, especially in unfamiliar destinations.

  • All sightseeing activities are subject to the travel schedule and operational timings. Delays or changes may affect the planned itinerary.

Itinerary Changes

  • Any modification, addition, or change in the itinerary may lead to an increase in cost depending on distance, services, or availability.

  • If a traveler changes their itinerary without informing the agency, the travel contract may be considered terminated.
     

Payments

  • Full or partial payment must be made in advance to confirm any booking or itinerary.

  • Payments via cheque must be drawn in favor of “Kataria Holidays Private Limited.”

  • Late payments on outstanding invoices will attract interest at 24% per annum after the due date.
     

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to the airline, hotel, cruise, or service provider’s policies.

  • In case of cancellation by the client, 10% service charge will be deducted along with applicable cancellation charges before processing any refund.

  • No refund will be provided for non-refundable bookings or segments.

  • The agency will not be responsible for refunds in cases of passenger no-show or personal issues affecting travel.

  • There will be no refund for unutilized services such as meals, transport, sightseeing, hotel stays, entrance fees, or optional tours.

  • Refunds will be processed in the same mode of payment used during booking, after deducting applicable cancellation and bank charges.

  • The refund process may take 15 to 45 days to reflect in the customer’s account.

  • Clients may also choose to retain the refund as a credit certificate, which can be used for future travel within 24 months.

Travel Policy Changes

  • If any country or state changes its entry, arrival, or travel policies during the traveler’s journey which affects the itinerary, the agency will not be responsible for refunds.

  • However, the agency will assist travelers with changes, reissue, or modifications to the itinerary where possible.


VISA & Documentation

  • VISA approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective Visa Authorities.

  • Kataria Holidays Private Limited is not responsible for any refund related to VISA rejections.


Insurance & Health Situations

  • The agency will not be responsible for any insurance claims during the travel period.

  • In case a traveler tests positive for any illness during travel or at transit destinations, the agency will assist with itinerary changes where possible but will not be liable for refunds.


Liability

  • Kataria Holidays Private Limited acts only as a travel facilitator and shall not be liable for any delays, disruptions, losses, accidents, or damages caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or external circumstances.


Jurisdiction

  • All disputes, claims, or legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra, India.


Important Note

  • Travelers are strongly advised to carefully review all booking details, travel documents, and itinerary information to avoid any unnecessary complications.
